When orders are placed before 1pm EST they will be eligible for same day shipping. Typically there is 1-2 Day(s) processing. Once processed the order will be ready to be shipped with a shipping carrier such as FedEx, UPS, USPS. Time of delivery is 1-7 business days depending on your location.

We use ground shipping and the estimated time for packages to arrive varies on destination, business days, as well as the shipping carrier. Our estimated time of arrival is below. This is the average time it takes to receive your package, however at times it may take more or less days to arrive. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. After the 14 days, all sales are final.

Unworn: We operate an extremely simple guarantee: We will refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us, unworn and in a sellable condition, within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that if you are returning LED shoes unworn they must be exactly as you received them: inserts inside each shoe and tissue wrapped neatly around. If you do not do this you may be charged and the process will take much longer.
Your order will be refunded via your original payment method once the shoes have arrived back to us, usually within a few business days.
Exchanges – Different size or color
Galaxy LED Shoes is able to exchange your shoes if you would like another size or color. Simply fill out the Return / Exchange Form and enter your contact and order information. One of our representatives will contact you and assist you with your return.
Once we have received the original order, we can process the exchange and we will send your new shoes.
Please note: We will not accept water damaged items or any items that show evidence of wear. The shoes must be in NEW Condition only to exchange.
If exchanging, your shoes must be returned in the same condition as they arrived, otherwise they will be rejected.
